11.38 the police are alerted to a traffic accident on regional road 691 where the road is partially blocked due to the accident.

A snowplow truck is said to have lost part of its equipment which a car then drove into, whereupon the airbag in the car was triggered. No person has been seriously injured. The police suspect no crime and classify the incident as an accident. The car driver orders a wrecker and the police can leave the scene.
