Police patrol stops a driver in Borlänge just before eight, the driver is a man in his fifties. The man has, according to the patrol, committed traffic carelessness by not scraping off the coating that the car's windows had, when the man drove the vehicle.

If the man is convicted, the sentence will be based on the man's assets and income, commonly known as day fines.
