The car is supposed to have driven into some form of concrete foundation next to the road. The two people who were traveling in it are supposed to be out of the vehicle, awake and able to speak. One of them claims to have pain in the chest. The accident is supposed to have occurred in a southerly direction. An ambulance, rescue services and the police were alerted to the location.
