Several people spontaneously evacuate after it starts burning in an apartment in Ulvsunda and the man who lives in the burning apartment jumps from the balcony.
The balcony is close to the ground and the man does not get hurt. He is agitated and when he becomes threatening towards the ambulance personnel, he is apprehended by the police. 
The apartment fire is fully developed but is quickly extinguished by the fire department. The assessment is that the fire was set on purpose and the man who jumped from the balcony is suspected of arson murder.
He is taken away by ambulance but has no apparent physical injuries. 
The apartment is cordoned off for technical investigation.
