Two men are involved.

Both are found at or near the address.

One of the men, who is in his 40s, is reported to have had some form of weapon. He is apprehended and taken to medical care for examination.

The other man, who is in his 30s, is taken to medical care by ambulance.

The address is cordoned off for a crime scene investigation.

A report regarding assault and a counter-report regarding assault will be drawn up.

The police are working with initial investigative measures. Among other things, interrogations will be held after which the prosecutor will make a decision on whether the apprehended man should be detained or not.
