Police are being ordered to the central part of Skellefteå shortly before midnight on Friday evening, where a young man is reported to have been assaulted and robbed of personal belongings. He is said to have been awake and able to speak and was taken to medical care.

A suspected crime scene is being localized. The location is being cordoned off and a technical investigation has been carried out.

The police are also working on other initial investigative measures, such as interviews and forensic testing.

Four people have been apprehended in the matter. After questioning, the prosecutor has made a decision to have them detained.

The individuals involved are not strangers to each other.
