January 24 19.19, Traffic accident, personal injury, Ånge

During the evening of January 24, an alarm was received about a traffic accident in Fränsta, Ånge municipality. On the scene it could be confirmed that a single accident with a snowmobile had occurred on or near Torpsjön, just outside Fränsta. 

A man in his 40s is estimated to have been seriously injured in connection with him driving into a pole or a tree at high speed with a snowmobile. 

The police are on the scene with several resources and are helping with the rescue work. When this is complete, the accident sequence will be investigated further.
