Police sirens were sounded at an address outside Vinslöv due to a ongoing burglary in a residential property.

The victim, an 85-year-old woman, claims that she was woken up by an unknown man being in her home. The man is said to have been threatening and displayed a sharp weapon, after which he left the scene.

When the police arrive, no perpetrator is found on the scene. Several police patrols, including a police dog, search the area. No perpetrator is found.

It is currently unclear if anything has been stolen.

The victim has not needed an ambulance.

A report of theft through burglary and illegal threats is filed. The police are clear on the scene.
