Two are suspected of petty theft and narcotics offense.
At lunchtime, the police were contacted regarding a theft from a clothing store in the city center. Security guards had apprehended a woman and a man.
Police patrol has been on the scene. A report is being drawn up regarding minor theft and narcotics offense.
