Under the afternoon, the police were contacted when a security guard found a drunk man who allegedly fell. They are located at a supermarket in the city center.

Ambulance personnel arrive at the scene and determine that the man does not need to be taken to medical care. The police instead take the man into custody according to the LOB, the law on the detention of intoxicated persons.
