The dog owner leaves the scene, with the help of witness statements the police can locate the perpetrator's address. 

The police are conducting an interrogation with the injured man, the dog owner and witnesses from the scene as well as carrying out other investigative measures. 

The man is said not to need an ambulance. 

The police are drawing up a report regarding reckless endangerment causing bodily harm.
