During the night, police have worked with a serious violent crime that occurred at 19:00 in a residence in Vetlanda. A man was seriously injured with some form of blunt object. Two people are now detained as suspects for attempted murder. The case is being led by a prosecutor.

22:08 A single-car accident occurs in Åminne, Värnamo. A man in his 20s is alone in the car and claims that he swerved for an animal and then drove off the road and crashed into a stone that caused the airbags to deploy in the car. The man is not seriously injured.
