At lunchtime, the police were contacted regarding a snowmobile accident in Kultsjödalen. According to available information, a woman is said to have been injured and hypothermic after driving into a river.

The police officer on duty made a decision to initiate rescue services in accordance with the LSO, the Act on Protection against Accidents. Mountain rescuers were called out.

However, at 12:41, the police received information that the woman's companions had taken her to a road where an ambulance picked her up. The woman was taken to a health center.

The police have been on the scene. There is no suspicion of a crime in connection with the accident.
