Alarm was received about a traffic accident in the central parts of Tierp. Police rushed to the scene where a person, according to initial reports, was struck by a reversing truck. The man who was struck was awake and able to speak but was taken to hospital by ambulance for further examination.

A report of causing bodily harm was drawn up in order to be able to investigate what happened.
