Vid 16.15-tiden, police are alerted to a multi-family house in Sävsjö where a person is alleged to have been assaulted with a blunt object. On the scene, the patrol finds an adult person with certain injuries but awake and able to speak. Police decide to take the person to the hospital for examination of the injuries. Meanwhile, another patrol can find a suspected perpetrator in the vicinity. The suspected perpetrator, a man in his 40s, is apprehended and suspected of grievous assault.
