When the patrol arrives at the scene, witnesses to the incident point out a man in his 35-year-old as the perpetrator. The man is said to have behaved aggressively and threateningly, and shouted at passersby. A 70-year-old man confronted him, whereupon the man is said to have delivered a slap. The police have spoken to the involved parties and witnesses at the scene, and subsequently filed a report on minor assault. The victim did not require hospital care, otherwise unknown extent of injury.
