Under the night, police are alerted to an apartment by a woman who claims she has been physically abused by a man she has a close relationship with. The man is alleged to have taken a chokehold on her, hit her, and dragged her through the apartment. The apartment also housed children who are said to have witnessed the sequence of events. At the scene, the man is apprehended and later arrested. He is suspected of physical abuse and child peace disturbance.
