When the rescue service arrives at the scene, they conclude that it is a fully developed fire and they let the villa burn down, but they state that there has been a risk of spread to other buildings.

Fire divers find a deceased person in the residence. The person has not yet been identified but it is likely that it is the person who is registered in the residence. Relatives have been informed.

The police have initiated an investigation into a murder by fire, no person is suspected.
