Police patrol is ordered to a hotel where a drunk man is alleged to be causing disturbance in a hotel room.
The man is taken into custody according to the LOB, the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons.
A report on damage is drawn up. The man is also suspected of minor drug offenses (personal use).
