A patrol in Umeå stopped and checked a 25-year-old man who was driving a car. During the check, suspicion arose that the man in question was under the influence of narcotics, whereupon he was taken in for a blood test. Rapid tests showed narcotics and the tests are also sent in for analysis.

A report was drawn up after the check, which includes driving under the influence of narcotics and minor narcotics offense of personal use. The man's driver's license was confiscated pending analysis from the blood test.
