When the police patrol arrives at the scene, it turns out that a man in his 30s has had his foot run over.

The driver is a man in his 80s who is being held back at the accident scene by other road users.

The injured party is taken to hospital with unknown injuries.

The injured man is to be heard by the police and a report of suspected crime has not yet been made.
