13.00 a police patrol stopped a car on Sjöhagsvägen in Västerås. The driver, a man in his 30s, was suspected of driving under the influence and minor narcotics offense of personal use. His driver's license was confiscated.

14.20 the same car was stopped again on the same road. Another man of the same age was driving the car and he was also suspected of driving under the influence and his driver's license was confiscated.
