Since midnight, two people in Sundsvall have been apprehended according to the LOB, the law on apprehension of intoxicated persons. 

Below follows a selection of the night's cases:

00:27 Driving under the influence of narcotics, Kramfors
Police stop and inspect a car on Highway 90. The driver, a man, is suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and is taken for a blood test. A report is filed regarding driving under the influence of narcotics and minor narcotics offense through personal use.

00:44 Liquor law, Sundsvall
Police inspect a car in Stenstan. In the car, a container with homemade spirits is found. It is seized and a report is filed regarding a liquor law offense; illegal possession of spirits is filed. 

02:28 Assault on a public official, Sundsvall
Police are called to a pub in Stenstan due to a disturbance. A man is suspected of committing an offense against a security guard. The suspect, a man in his upper teens, is arrested suspected of assault on a public official and violent resistance. 

04:59 Theft/receiving stolen goods, Örnsköldsvik
Police are contacted regarding a tractor that has been driven off-road near Själevad. Police patrol arrive at the scene. A snow blower is found in the tractor. There is suspicion that it is stolen. It is seized and a report is filed regarding theft or receiving stolen goods. 

Other: A wildlife accident without personal injury has been reported to the police. It occurred on County Road 331 in Helgum, Sollefteå.
