In Östersund, two drivers were stopped and checked, one of whom is suspected of gross drunk driving and the other of drug drunk driving. Blood tests were performed and an interrogation was held. The driver suspected of gross drunk driving lacked a driving license and is also suspected of gross unlawful driving. Reports were prepared.
