Earlier in the day, a man is supposed to have called at the woman's place, who lives in a multi-family house, and said that he "would fix something with the vents" in her apartment.

The woman let him in in good faith, and after a while, the man left her apartment. When he had gone, the woman discovered that several of her valuable items were missing.

The police are looking for the suspected perpetrator.
