Police receive calls regarding a man who is alleged to have been beaten and subjected to a robbery attempt and is currently located at the emergency department of the hospital in Gävle.

When the police arrive, the man, who is in his mid-30s, will receive medical care for his injuries.

It is unclear where the actual event occurred, and the man has not lost any personal belongings in connection with being beaten. Following an interview with the man, a report is being filed on attempted robbery.

At present, there is no suspect.
