Here follows a selection of the night's events:

01.06 Vandalism, Umeå:
Police patrol is ordered to I20 area due to vandalism on a car's windshield. The location is documented and a report on vandalism is prepared. There is no suspect in the case.

01.19 Assault, Umeå:
Police patrol is ordered to a pub in central Umeå due to some kind of brawl/fight involving two men. There are no reports of anyone needing medical care. A report and a counter-report on assault are prepared. The involved parties are turned away from the city center.

02.25 Assault, Vindeln:
Police patrol is ordered to Vindeln due to a fight between two men. An interrogation is held. A report and a counter-report on assault are prepared. One of the men is taken to the hospital for examination. No one is detained in the case.

03.08 Traffic control, Skellefteå:
All drivers checked at a traffic control on E4, Sörböle, are sober. 

Other:
Four people have been taken into custody for intoxication and one person has been taken in for a blood test due to suspicion of a narcotics offense.

Police have also conducted checks on people and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of a crime.
