Police were contacted after a complainant returned home to her residence and met a large number of, for her unknown, people who had been inside the residence.

These people are said to have pushed themselves past the woman and left the scene. The woman is not reported to have been physically injured.

It was disturbed in the residence after the incident and when police arrived, it could be established that the door had been broken open and that personal belongings of unknown value were missing.

A report on burglary is being prepared.
