The police's regional command center has handled around 100 cases between 22.00-07.00 that concern Östergötland County.
The police have handled alarms about wildlife accidents, alarms about mental health issues, traffic offenses and checks on their own initiative or after alarms from the public.
At 22.10, a car is stopped in a routine check. The car has a driving ban, and the driver, a 25-year-old woman, pays 1 500 kronor in fines.
At 00.50, the police are called to an apartment in Finspång due to a disturbance in an apartment. On the scene in the apartment are a man and a woman in their 60s who have some form of relationship with each other. When the police arrive, the parties have separated and the patrol talks to both of them. The woman has some injuries but is not in need of an ambulance. The man is arrested, suspected of assault.
At 01.50, a car is stopped in a routine check. The driver shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics and is taken in by the police for further testing. The driver, a 20-year-old man, is then suspected of driving under the influence. The police have confiscated the man's driver's license and car keys.
