February 4, 03.56, Theft, Upplands Väsby

Two people have in an unknown manner managed to enter the local offices in Smedby and picked up car keys. 
People then take one of the municipality's cars and drive away from the scene. 
Thanks to a witness who met the people before they drove off, the police understand who it is about and head to their residence to intercept them.
Three minutes later, a patrol has stopped the car the people are driving in. 
The one, a 45-year-old man, is arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of narcotics and theft of a vehicle.
