Police are on the scene at Rinkeby Tunnel together with the Rescue Service after a truck driver drove into the tunnel and forgot to lower the scoop. There are expected to be some damage to the tunnel and oil leaks.

No one has been physically injured in connection with the incident. The northbound entrance is closed. At present, there is no prognosis for how long the work at the scene will take.

It is a truck with a excavator on a trailer that drove into the tunnel. The excavator was not lowered enough when the vehicle entered the tunnel. The Rescue Service is now working to clean up the oil that has leaked out.
