Passing motorists call the police when they hear a dog barking in a car. The occupant of the car cannot see the dog and becomes worried.

After several attempts to contact the owner of the car during the night, the dog is now out of the car.

A report of animal cruelty is filed. A 25-year-old woman is suspected.
