Highly intoxicated person taken into custody.
On Sundsta in Karlstad, a person has been taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on taking into custody a drunk person. The person was sitting on the roadside, which led to the police being contacted.
The person taken into custody will be sobered up under the supervision of staff.
