At 00:00-07:00, six people have been taken into custody with the support of LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. The police have also handled reports of assault. A man is also suspected of causing disturbance through urination in central Kiruna. Furthermore, the police have checked a number of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.

A tractor is being checked by the police in the center. The driver has skidded with the vehicle and a fine is issued due to "unnecessary and disturbing driving with a motor vehicle".

At 01:50, Piteå
Alarm about a fire in a building just north of Piteå. According to initial reports, it is a shed (a smaller building) that is burning.

The police are heading to the scene. A report is made regarding the fire, without suspicion of a crime.

At 02:01, Piteå
A driver is being checked at Hamnplan. Suspicion arises that the driver, a man, is under the influence of narcotics. He is to accompany for a blood test and interrogation.

A report is made regarding minor narcotics offense and driving under the influence of narcotics. The car keys are temporarily seized to prevent further travel. 

The test results will later show if a crime has been committed.

At 05:45, Kiruna
A traffic control is being held on E10. Two drivers are reported for speeding offenses on the stretch.
