Police, rescue service and ambulance rush to the address after an alarm is raised about smoke development from an apartment. Upon arrival, the fire is extinguished by staff and there are no reports of personal injuries. The patrol sets up a report on vandalism if it was a fire and the suspected person is a man in his 50s.
