A car in Örnsköldsvik is stopped and checked. Suspicion arises that the driver is under the influence of narcotics and a blood test is performed. The result will show if the driver had any illegal substances in their body. A report will be filed regarding suspected driving under the influence and minor narcotics offense, own use.

Police stop and check a car in Sundsvall. In the car are four men and one woman, they are in their 20-30s. Suspected narcotics are found and suspicion of narcotics offense in possession for transfer purposes arises. The five people are arrested and questioned. After questioning, the prosecutor decides to lift the arrest. The driver is suspected of driving under the influence.
