Police are called to E22 just north of the exit towards Loftahammar. The collision has occurred in the southbound traffic direction and a lane is open for traffic at the accident site.

Update 20:26 The passenger car is drivable and the driver can take himself from the scene. The moose is deceased and a hunter has been contacted to take care of the animal. There are no suspicions of crime in connection with the accident and the police are taking no further action. The rescue service has been on the scene.
