Police are ordered to central areas of Enköping after the public witnesses a beating.

According to information from the public, a man is seen to exercise violence against a woman outdoors.

When the patrol arrives at the location, neither the suspected man nor the woman is present.

As the incident is caught by the police cameras and after additional information, the man is identified and later arrested. The man, who is in his 60s, is taken to the station for questioning and subsequently contacts the prosecutor's office.

There is no information that the woman needs to seek medical care after the incident.
