Police intended to carry out a vehicle check of a passenger car in north-eastern Gothenburg. When the driver chose not to stop despite the police's request, a pursuit was initiated. The journey ended in Bergsjön where the driver abandoned the vehicle and disappeared on foot. Police have searched the area with, among other things, a dog patrol. However, without encountering any suspected individuals. The incident is being investigated as suspected drunk driving.
