Police, rescue services and ambulance are alerted to the address due to the smoke that appears to be coming from the basement of the building. 

Update: The fire started in a garbage room and is supposed to be extinguished. There are no reports of personal injuries. 

Update: The fire is suspected to have been set and the charge is severe arson. One person has been arrested, a woman in her 30s.
