February 24 13.30, Theft, Attempt, Nynäshamn

A resident in a multi-family house on Centralgatan in Nynäshamn calls 112 when she encounters a foreign man in the stairwell who is supposed to be locked for outsiders. 
The foreign man has opened a postal package that was left outside the door of one of the caller's neighbors and is now trying on the shoes that were in the package. 
When a patrol arrived at the scene, the foreign man cannot, or does not want to, identify himself and is therefore arrested for attempted theft and breaking of postal and telecommunications secrecy. 
He also gives an unstructured and absent impression, which leads to a report of suspected narcotics offense own use.
