A man in his 30s has been stabbed in the Kirseberg district of Malmö in the late evening.

The man is taken to hospital by ambulance and the police set up roadblocks and have conducted several interrogations.

A man in his 40s is arrested shortly after the police arrive at the scene and is now detained. The case is now being handled by a prosecutor.

The roadblocks are still in place and the police have left the scene. Questions about the victim's condition are referred to the healthcare system.
