Between 00:00-07:00, the police have checked a number of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime. Two drivers, however, have received fines due to speeding offenses at Gullänget in Örnsköldsvik.

A wild animal accident has been reported to the police in the early morning, at county road 346/981 in Junsele, Sollefteå. A driver has collided with an elk. There are no reports of personal injuries. Unclear how it went for the elk, it has run away. A tracker has been called out to track and check the animal.
