A car brakes on the road due to a tire and is then hit by a car behind it. The extent of the damage is unclear but one person is taken to hospital by ambulance. The person suspected of being at fault is a 40-year-old man, he is suspected of not keeping a sufficient distance from the vehicle in front. Police are on the scene.
