Witness calls the police when observing a woman in a car trying to back up. She backs up into several cars but does not move away from the location.

When several people become involved and some congestion occurs, the woman leaves the car and goes into a gate.

At the check, a woman in her 40s is found suspected of driving under the influence. She is taken in for a blood test.
