ÖSTERSUND

At 14:30, a driver was stopped for control just west of Östersund. Suspicion arose that the driver, a man, was under the influence of narcotics. He was required to accompany for testing. Shortly after 15, another driver was stopped for control. Suspicion also arose about drug driving. The driver was required to accompany for testing. A report was filed, and the driver's license was seized.
