Police regional command center has handled around 80 cases related to Östergötland County between 22:00 and 07:00.

Accident on Highway 50
06:34 police were alerted to a traffic accident that occurred on Highway 50 near Dynudden, just south of Motala. It involves a single-vehicle accident where a car ended up in the median. According to SOS information, the road was very slippery in the area. Police have been on the scene and spoken with the driver of the vehicle, who is not believed to have suffered physical injury. At present, there are no suspicions of wrongdoing.   

Police have also handled cases related to mental health and conducted routine checks on their own initiative or following public reports.
