Something has exploded at a restaurant and minor material damage has occurred, including glass breakage. There are currently no reports of personal injuries.

The police are seeking the perpetrator(s). Investigation work is also underway, including forensic analysis and interviewing witnesses.

A preliminary investigation has been launched into gross destruction of property and gross violation of the law on flammable and explosive substances.
