The Traffic Group has worked in Åkersjön, Krokoms municipality, over the weekend, and both snowmobile traffic and road traffic have been checked.

Regarding snowmobile traffic, a hundred snowmobile drivers have been checked. A dozen fines have been issued to snowmobile drivers due to vehicle defects.

Control areas have been checked in cooperation between police helicopters and snowmobile patrols.

Overall, snowmobile traffic has looked good, according to the police who worked over the weekend.
