According to initial reports, a truck has lost two scoops from the load, one of which is said to have landed in the front of an oncoming car. The other scoop is reported to have landed in the ditch.

There are no reports of personal injuries.

The truck is stopped a little later. The driver has not noticed that the scoops have come loose.

Fines are issued due to the load not being anchored.
